LEMPENG INGREDIENTS

- ¼ cup almonds
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup freshly grated coconut
- 1 large pisang tanduk
- ¼ teaspoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon pandan leaf powder


LEMPENG SAUCE INGREDIENTS

- ¼ cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon Organic Fields Lucuma powder
- 1 teaspoon Organic Fields Just Berries powder
- 1 teaspoon red dragon fruit powder
- ½ teaspoon miso
