Chocolate tart with caramelized nuts

Ingredients (makes about 8 tarts)
Tart shells
Flour - 85g
Cacao powder - 40g
Butter - 75g
Salt - 2g
Icing sugar - 32g
Eggs - 25g

Tart filling
Nuts - 50g each for pistachio, walnut & hazelnut
Honey - 200ml
Sugar - 10g
Salt - 2g
Flour - 12g

For tart base,
1. Mix all ingredients except eggs to a sandy texture
2. Mix in eggs slowly until just combined.
3. Shape the dough according to tart mould and blind bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 C.

Tart filling
1. Toast the nuts and chopped it coarsely. Fill tart shells with chopped nuts.
2. Bring the honey and sugar to a boil then add in salt and flour.
3. Pour the caramel mixture into the tart shells and bake for 15 minutes.
