Ingredients:

▪1 medium frozen banana
▪1 cup oat bran powder (250ml warm water + 1 tablespoon oat bran powder)
▪ 1 tsp of Organic Fields Beetroot Powder
▪ 1 tsp chia seeds

 

Instructions:
