It was the perfect breakfast served with some walnut milk or yogurt!
Recipe makes 1 small tub
- 2 cups oats
- 3 tbsp honey (separated)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 tsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp Organic Fields Cacao Powder
- Toppings of your choice: coconut flakes, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, buckwheat
- Preheat your oven to 160C. Mix oats with 2tbsp honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, orange zest, Organic Fields Cacao Powder and salt, then spread out on the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the oats and set aside.
- Mix your toppings with the last tbsp of honey and add to the baked oats. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown! Let cool before storing!
