Gourmet Toast


- 4 slices wholegrain bread

- 1 avocado, mashed

- 4 tsp Organic Fields Brussel Sprout Powder

- 4 sunny side up or poached eggs

- 1 pkt baby spinach

- Chilli flakes

- Salt and pepper to taste.



  1. Toast the bread. Mash the avocado and spread 1/4 to each slice.
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Organic Fields Brussel Sprout Powder and place a cooked egg on each slice.
  3. Top with spinach leaves and sprinkle salt, pepper and chilli flakes to your liking. Enjoy!


Note: Instead of the organic broccoli sprout powder, try it with the organic kale powder.
