Sweet Potato Fries with Kale Powder


- 2 sweet potatoes 

- 1tbsp cornflour 

- 1 tbsp Organic Fields Kale Powder

- 3 tbsp olive oil ⁣(or oil of your choice) 

- Salt and pepper 



  1. Preheat the oven to 220C⁣
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes finely ⁣
  3. Toss with corn flour and Organic Fields Kale Powder, followed by the oil until no more flour is present ⁣
  4. Arrange your fries on 2 baking sheets or bake them in 2 batches. Make sure they’re not touching ⁣so they have a chance to crisp up 
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they start to brown, flipping halfway, then take out and let cool ⁣
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and top with spices or herbs as you like
