Chocolate Tart with Caramelized Nuts

Ingredients (makes about 8 tarts) :
- Tart shells
- Flour - 85g
Organic Fields Cacao Powder - 40g
- Butter - 75g
- Salt - 2g
- Icing sugar - 32g
- Eggs - 25g

Tart filling
- Nuts - 50g each for pistachio, walnut & hazelnut
- Honey - 200ml
- Sugar - 10g
- Salt - 2g
- Flour - 12g

Instructions:
For tart base,
1. Mix all ingredients except eggs to a sandy texture
2. Mix in eggs slowly until just combined.
3. Shape the dough according to tart mold and blind bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 C.

Tart filling
1. Toast the nuts and chopped it coarsely. Fill tart shells with chopped nuts.
2. Bring the honey and sugar to a boil then add in salt and flour.
3. Pour the caramel mixture into the tart shells and bake for 15 minutes.
