Cashew Pumpkin Seed Chia Butter
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup of Organic Fields Roasted Cashew, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (roasted)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil (optional, if you like it smoother!)
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup/honey/coconut sugar (optional)
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Instructions:
- Place Organic Fields Roasted Cashew and pumpkin seeds into a food processor and pulse to break down
- Add in the salt, honey and cinnamon and blend until smooth
- Drizzle in in about 1/2tbsp coconut oil at this point for a smoother texture
- When smooth and creamy, switch off the food processor and stir in the chia seeds, then transfer to a jar.
